Who's Sopaipa?

Well me obviously.

  • I'm genderfluid and use any/all pronouns :3

  • I'm not a professional artist or developer, everything is just a hobby and I learned by my own !

  • I'm Chilean🇨🇱 (my name references the chilean food Sopaipilla...) and I mainly speak Spanish and English (still learning tho, sry for any mistakes :< ,,)

  • I'm a person who enjoys visual novels, along with any type of media that is disturbing/scary (like yanderes, creepypastas, weirdcore, horror ARGs and more) or overall bizzarre.

  • I also love drawing, BABYMETAL (hence the fox sign in the picture), indie youtube shows, anime (romance n action), TADC, ENA, South Park, UT&DR, Silent Hill, vocaloid and mooaaarrrr

Boundaries

  • NSFW: Preferably no NSFW of my characters, however if you're going to do it consider using a separate tag rather than using the official tags !!

  • ART USAGE: DON'T use the in-game art (sprites, BGs, CGs etc) to feed AI or for anything else that isn't for personal use, which connects with the next point:

  • MERCHANDISE: I don't plan on making merch for my games any time soon so fan merch is allowed AS LONG AS YOU USE YOUR OWN ART OR SOMEONE ELSE'S WITH THEIR PERMISSION. Ripping the assets from the game with profit/mass producing or AI-generation intentions is PROHIBITED.

  • STREAMING/CONTENT: You're more than welcome to stream and/or make videos about/of my game! As long as you give credits, of course! Also, if you plan on posting a gameplay, i recommend you to wait until the game is 100% finished, since a lot of things might change along the way and it might get annoying to post a new gameplay everytime there's an update.

  • SHIPPING AND HCS: You have total freedom about this. (as long as its not weird or controversial ofc, see DNI list)

  • TAGGING: Please make sure to use the correct tags when uploading your art!! Tysm!!

Límites

  • NSFW: Preferiblemente no NSFW de mis personajes, pero si lo vas a hacer, considera usar hashtags aparte en vez de los oficiales !!

  • USO DE ILUSTRACIONES: NO uses el arte dentro de mi(s) juego(s) (sprites, BGs, CGs etc) para alimentar a la IA o para algo que no sea para uso personal, lo que conecta con el siguiente punto:

  • MERCANCÍA: No planeo hacer mercancía en algún futuro así que la mercancía hecha por fans está bien MIENTRAS USES TU PROPIO ARTE O EL DE ALGUIEN MÁS CON SU PERMISO. Sacar y usar la propiedad de mi(s) juego(s) con fines lucrativos, producir en masa o alimentar/entrenar a la IA está PROHIBIDO.

  • STREAMING/CONTENIDO: Estás más que bienvenido a hacer videos/contenido sobre o de mi(s) juego(s) mientras me des creditos, claro! Además, si planeas publicar un gameplay, te recomiendo que esperes hasta que el juego esté terminado al 100%, ya que muchas cosas pueden cambiar durante el proceso y podría resultar molesto publicar un nuevo gameplay cada vez que haya una actualización.
